Remote Quick Fix
$65 / session
30-minute remote session for everyday issues. If we can’t resolve it, there’s no charge.
On-Site Support
$125 first hour, then $75/hr
When hands-on help is required. Billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour. Travel: first 15 miles free, then $0.75/mi.
After Hours / Urgent
+$35 after-hours add-on
For sessions after 7pm or on weekends, add $35 to any service. I’m offline from Friday after sundown to Saturday evening.
Account Recovery
Hacked account cleanup — $199 flat (up to 2 hours).

Brother + HP printers, scan-to-email, paper jams, driver installs.
Network & Wi-Fi
Router resets, mesh setups, weak signal zones, camera or POS drops.
Email & Accounts
Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, password manager setup, phone sync.
Device Onboarding
New laptops, tablets, smart TVs, or streaming setups for home + office.

Log Request
Send a quick text, call, or email with the issue. Include photos if possible.
Remote First
Most fixes start with a quick remote session. If hardware is the culprit we schedule a visit.
Document & Follow-up
You receive a recap with what changed, what to watch, and any next steps.
Fine Print
- • Remote sessions require a working internet connection and temporary screen-share access.
- • On-site hours billed in 15-minute increments after the first hour. Travel: first 15 miles free, then $0.75/mi.
- • "No-fix-no-charge" applies to remote quick-fix sessions only — if we cannot resolve it remotely, you owe nothing for that session.
- • Parts, cables, and replacement hardware are billed at cost plus 10% handling.
- • I observe Sabbath (Friday sundown – Saturday evening) and am unavailable during that window.
